This is Kid's 60GB PS3, model CECHA12. It is a Hong Kong region model, so is NTSC-J compatible. Its Blu-Ray region is the same as USA and Japan. DVD region is 3 (supports both NTSC and PAL)

As you may know, the power supply is "rated" for 220-240 V/50-60 Hz, but according to reports, works fine at all voltages and frequencies. I cannot guarantee this, so make sure before you purchase.

It is in perfect working condition, and comes with all original packaging, manuals, cables, and controller. There is nothing missing, and it is in perfect condition (no scratches or scuffs that I know of).
